MOTHER NATURE (polyphonic prose story)

Even without her, the day would start on its own. Mother nature just stayed sound asleep in her home. She needed a long vacation, just like any one else might. After all, she works diligently day and night. She was tired of making it rain, and no one wants lightning again. She just closed the front doors and slipped back into bed. She would sleep the whole day instead. No one should wake her, whatever you do. Today, we can do without all that dew. The sun may not shine as bright. There's still plenty of daily sunlight. Let her sleep through the whole day. If that's what she wants, let her stay that way. Let her sleep, up there in her bedroom attic. The world will continue on climatic automatic.
