I’m always drawn to these lovely faerie legends. They were an inherent part of my childhood in England and I’ve been connected ever since🥰 They seem to have a universal appeal. I’ve been doing some exploring on faerie lore from my home town in England, Darlington. It appears there’s almost as much faerie lore hidden in the nooks and crannies of County Durham as there is in Ireland! As you’ve shown here with Chlíodhna, the water seems to attract the fae folk, and it appears to do so around the globe. Your creation here captures that magical power beautifully!
