Kuo-Toa are medium humanoid creatures with fish-like features, known for their amphibious nature and ability to thrive in both air and water. They are typically neutral evil and live in the dark, watery depths of the Underdark. Kuo-Toa have scaly, bipedal bodies with fish-like heads, standing about 5 feet tall and weighing around 160 pounds. Their scales are generally silvery-grey, but their color can change with their emotions, turning dark red when angry or pale grey when frightened.
