Realistic Vision V5.1
I'm trying out something @Classics mentioned. He used synonyms to construct his renders. The results were always a portrait of a woman. Weird, huh? So, I'm giving it a go and guess what? Well, you can see the results for yourself.

Between us we've got around 20 examples where portrait equals woman. Interesting the AI defaults to female (and mostly young flawless female) rather than a mix of different people.
