Joan Cornellà

Joan Cornellà (1981 – ) is a Spanish cartoonist and illustrator renowned for his darkly humorous and satirical works. Cornellà’s style is characterised by its clean, minimalist lines, bright colours, and a subversive, often absurd sense of humour. He primarily uses digital tools and traditional media to create single-panel comics and illustrations that critique contemporary society and human nature. His art reflects a contemporary approach to cartooning, combining a deceptively simple aesthetic with sharp social commentary to create works that are both visually engaging and thought-provoking.
