Pupsters

****Behavior:

Primary Goal: Lure humans into false safety, then spread parasites to the unsuspecting.

Attack Style: The Pupsters are generally passive and appear scared, whimpering as they “approach” humans. If a human shows kindness or gets too close, the Pupster will lash out with parasitic tendrils, biting or infecting them with venomous saliva. This injects small parasite larvae into the host, turning them into Broodling hosts.

Weaknesses: Sensitive to high-pitched sounds, like dog whistles or alarms, which send them running. Light also repels them, and they’re more likely to attack from the shadows.
