Thank you so much Chance. I spent yesterday doing about 300 images, all using the same prompt, denoting sadness, with  all of my Lora's. To be honest, I didn't expect some of them to come out well, as they are not all Lora's that I would have normally used for portraits, but they all produced some really good images. I have put them all in a collection and there is a link at the top of my profile, if anyone cares to look through them. My intention is to publish one or two of them a day for the next few months.. lest people forget quite how vastly superior SDXL Lora's were, compared to the expensive plastic imitations that have been forced upon us.

We were of the same mind.

I was awake through the night until 8am this morning crafting with many different LoRAs with the same intention of publishing them long after today.

It was a wonderful, bittersweet experience.

But I tell you to be hopeful, and hold on to your Datasets.

We are *not* chained to Flux.  SD3 exists already and has been well tested.  It impoves vastly upon SDXL in ways that were definitely needed.  Just as it is possible to import the LoRA sets into Flux it should not be a trouble at all to do the same with SD3.  The big question of when it will arrive at the Cafe remains to be answered. Just take tender care of your heart till then and keep your creative fires burning. 

We are all together in this and we shall remain so, perhaps closer than ever before!

I am approaching each LoRA this week with a form of distilled expression. (if that makes sense!?) How to say something true to the model's intent and design with just one or a few images? 

It is not always flowing but I intend to keep circling back until the curtain falls, so there's a chance to get it right and create something that lasts for people to visit as a sort of creative promise.

There's another heart-tugger posted right after this, which illuminates how I found Fuzzy's LoRAs.


You just keep directing me to the right spots, although I suspect I’ve already found you Fuzzy Lora creation!  I will follow the breadcrumbs and then go and play for the night. I have some things to explore.
