A competition for AI storytellers

[Artist Statement My name is Mireille, known as Mireille's AI Creations. From the age of 19, I only knew abuse and survival. I endured physical violence, sexual abuse, forced drug use, manipulation, and constant fear through multiple relationships. I lost my children, my pets, my home, and nearly my own life. After seven years of hell in my last marriage, filled with violence and death threats, I fled to Poland. What was supposed to be a vacation where I helped a friend, turned into a desperate escape. I left with nothing but my dog, whom I managed to save at the last moment. During the past three years, my Polish friend Mirek and I had slowly grown much closer. In Poland, our deep friendship turned into a safe, respectful, and loving relationship — the first healthy love I have ever known. He takes care of me when I’m sick, cooks for me, respects me, and shows me every day that love doesn’t have to hurt. This body of work is my truth — raw, painful, and hopeful. It is my statement that healing is possible and that no one has to suffer alone. You are not alone.

Collection Story / Description You Are Not Alone From the age of 19, my life was a cycle of abuse and survival. I endured physical violence while pregnant, sexual abuse, forced heavy drug use, and years of psychological destruction. I lost my children, my 21 cats, my home, and almost everything that mattered to me. After seven years of escalating violence and multiple death threats, I fled to Poland with my Polish friend Mirek. What started as a planned vacation where I would help him with certain things, became a desperate escape for my life. I left with nothing but the clothes on my back and my dog, whom I managed to save. In the beginning we lived in a tent. But during the past three years our friendship had quietly grown into something deeper. With Mirek I finally found safety, respect, and a love that heals instead of destroys. This series follows my journey: the fear, the violence, the unbearable losses, the escape, and the first light of hope and real love. To every woman still trapped in darkness: You are not alone. There is a way out. Healing is possible. And love that doesn’t hurt does exist.]
