# i SHoULd TaKe a SEaT

today’s season is inspired by something a lot of people recognize: chairs. they’re the most fundamental piece of furniture. it has a backrest and 4 legs, yet they all vary in design.

i would like to mention “SPY X FAMILY,” a manga series by Tatsuya Endo, as an inspiration for this season. each volume’s book cover shows a character from the series seated in a IRL designer chair (e.g. [loid forger on the LC2](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/spy-x-family9171/images/0/0e/Volume_1.png/revision/latest?cb=20200508212135)). this prompted me to look up other [iconic chair designs of all time](https://www.housebeautiful.com/design-inspiration/g30750815/chair-types-styles-designs/). not to mention, there has been a slight appreciation to the monobloc chair, especially after Bad Bunny’s album “DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS”.

with that in mind, i present to you 26 iconic chairs of all time from the Monobloc to the LC2. hope u enjoy this series!
