That blue net is certainly eye-catching and draws attention to to the fact that it is being mended by an old fisherman who does it with such careless ease, that you instinctively know he's an old hand at that activity. You can see his thoughts are elsewhere as the repair seems to be taking place on a beautiful day, when he should be out working on his catch- his livelihood. It is certainly thought-provoking and it all started when you decided to highlight the broken net, a brilliant way to tell a story, which, like program music, is the ultimate way to tell a story without the need for words ("a picture's worth a thousand words"). Perfect example!
