Their first stop that morning was at the beach. It had been a long drive and they had decided a walk a long the beach would be good before they continued with the rest of their activities that day. He was definitely considering going in the water, but he wasn't quite sure if she would join in. Neither of them had a change of clothes so if they got wet they'd be that way for the rest of the day. It was windy and there were lots of waves as the walked the edge near the surf. As they walked along, he jokingly tried splashing her. She responded by trying to pull him into the surf. They giggled and laughed and were soon battling knee deep in the waves. It didn't take long for them to loose thwir balance and tumble into the water. The laughed and continued to play in the surf both now completely soaked. If this was how the rest of their trip was going to go, they were about to have a lot of fun today!
