Dear racoons Team,
I write to you not only as a devoted admirer of your unique aesthetic, but as someone who lives the very philosophy I believe your brand is destined to explore more deeply: the liberation found in absolute concealment.
For many years now, I have chosen to wear the strict niqab – not occasionally, not symbolically, but as an unwavering, permanent part of my identity. My body, my hair, my contours are entirely hidden from sight. Only a narrow slit reveals my eyes. There is no hairstyle, no makeup, no smile to perform. There is simply presence without face.
And I have never felt more myself. ...
