The detailing it gave you in this one is so incredibly good. The specular highlights on the bloody cheeks, the ambient occlusion around the mouth, etc.

For a different take on my Patrick Bateman imagery, I'm feeding 1980s music lyrics into the generator along with one of my basic prompts.
