In the year 2153, Earth's climate has become inhospitable to many forms of life, including humanity. Rising temperatures, sea levels and mega storms have lead to food shortages, disease and wars.
In Neo Mogadishu, one of many movements to salvage order amongst human society is gaining traction, the PRA, ragtag bands of young people with some or little military training forming militias that then banded together, becoming a formidable force.
Oren Kistra Degaulle rose quickly to prominence through her audacity, cunning and grit. She would become a symbol for the climate restoration efforts of generations to come.
