Spear of Destiny

is an object not known to the public, or at least to the general public. It is a spear of an ancient make, not gold-plated but for some reason the government's chemists can't figure out why it is this color. Sparkles and shimmers dance in the air around it supernaturally. It's history has been suppressed and no one is allowed to visit it except God Emperor MABUS, who is also the only person allowed to touch it or remove it from its display. It's powers are also known only to him: firstly, it always hits its target and returns to the thrower afterword. Second, it can kill any person on Earth instantly, one just needs to have their face in mind and whisper the name to it. Thirdly, the most mysterious power, "dominance," a poorly-understood active ability that appears to elevate it's wielder in social and political spheres.
