Just what I need right now

It's finally arrived! 📯

To celebrate the one and a half day when I finally had my life together I gifted myself a copy of the Hitchhiker's Guide! 🥰 Bound in leather with gilded edges, used, pre-loved, the enchanting smell of an old and dusty bookstore somewhere in a quiet side road in London filling my nostrils with a hint of the joy and excitement it brought to its former owner.

It's been ages since I last picked up a new addition to my collection of books, and I can't remember another title that brought me so much anticipation and happiness without having read a single page yet. Well, maybe the Tomb Raider Omnibus or the paperback collected volume of Darkwing Duck (yes, I'm essentially a socially awkward comic book & videogame geek and I'm beginning to be very proud of that, kind of).

I'm super excited and I wanted to share my joy with the gang. ❤️ If I'm slow to respond these next few days I will be stranded at a restaurant at the edge of the universe probably. 💕
