This is a project I have had in mind for a very long time. Although I would like to do it differently, Wagner's Tetralogy (and the Norse Mythology it draws on) is too vast for me to cover it in one day and in chronological order.
That is why I have created a collection specifically for this -->
It is now the turn of Schwertleite, the fifth and perhaps the most " stereotyped" of the nine Valkyries: an indomitable warrior and dutiful to orders, she is most loyal to Brünnhilde --> [].

Schwertleite is the fifth of the Valkyries and -- following the somewhat strange convention to identify Odin's daughters -- is indicated as Waltraute's sister.(*)
She is a strong and loyal warrior who follows Brünnhilde's orders. She appears in "Die Walküre" and "Götterdämmerung".
(*)In truth, all nine Valkyries are daughters of Wotan.
