these past several weeks have been a deep emotional roller coaster. so many things have happened to the point that everything feels blurry.
for two days, i’ve felt like a ghost to everyone—from the people in recollection to the volleyball team i was supposed to be in. in other words, i’ve lost enthusiasm. because of that, i never participated in volleyball games. it’s hard-hitting, especially that i wore my team’s jersey for nothing.
guilt-tripped, i tried volunteering to play dodgeball. seems like a fun game until i think i twisted my left foot during it. now every time i try to walk, it hurts like hell. from there, i never received my team’s medal for being 1st runner up in dodgeball.
i guess i’m not meant for any kind of sports then. i’m so tired of this man. i just wish things would be better from here…

Health should always come first. Some achievements feel important in the moment but are soon forgotten. I put a lot of pressure on myself for exams, I don't slept at all about 2 days, and yesterday, when I back home I truly felt the consequences—world spun, my vision went dark completely suddenly.
Unexpected things happen, but they pass, and hope is the one thing we always have. Maybe now isn’t the right time for what you want, and pushing too hard could only cause harm. Not all athletes are on the field, but their presence still matters. Simply training means you’re prepared, even if you don’t get to play.
Above all, take care of yourself—health isn’t something easily restored, and no success is worth losing it over...
