"The Newer Stuff" round has closed, and we scored some magnificent works of art from the recent past in music! Now we're moving back to an "artist of the week" format for a while. Before we do, let's congratulate the current top scorers in last week's voting!

For our next round, we're going to enter the world of country music; some of it pretty recent, from an artist we lost to cancer last year...
