In addition to the villains led by Flare, there are other superhumans or criminals in Cyberforce, like the Crimson Hawk here. I wanted to make more characters after rewatching the Invincible War & Season 3 finale. So here's my version of the Vulture. He's leader of a 4-man squad of thieves without powers, they're all tech. Now a bad first design eh?
