A step back in time | Chapter One ~ Section Three

Like with any decision, there were of course people who resisted the IPMC. They wanted to believe that gas masks would protect them. They did not sign up and began working to build underground bunkers to try and survive out of- they weren't going to give up on Earth so easily. They would later evolve into what we now know as Dustkine.

In the year 2027, when the major "Dust Scrappers" gang was formed to resist the IPMC, almost all members were killed by radiation as they refused to remain indoors in high-risk areas. However, they are still around.
