Masterpiece Monday

This creation is an evolution of Nico Robin from One Piece, the anime girl I created for the challenge. But I believe the woman in this creation is able to conjure magic, and so I thought of Alice Hoffman's novel Practical Magic: "There's a few things I've learned in life: always throw salt over your left shoulder, keep rosemary by your garden gate, plant lavender for good luck, and fall in love whenever you can." And, hence, I found the title for my evolved creation.
