As I mentioned in the description, this work is very dear to my heart, as the original was a portrait of a friend of mine who was murdered a few years back

I have been using https://creator.nightcafe.studio with various model settings to re-imagine my old pen and ink artwork: “The Last Singkil” which was a portrait of my dearly departed friend, Nunistell Mae Fulo.

The singkil is a dance of the Islamic Mëranaw people of the southern Philippine island of Mindanao. Although the AI images do not look like Nunistell, she was a dancer and artist from the Philippine island of Nergos and she did perform the singkil. The Ai images may not look like her, but I am sure that she would have loved these renderings if she was still alive.
