I once tried to make an image reflected in multiple mirrors, which multiplied your image to infinity, I had to stop because it didn't work out. You have done the opposite, you have fragmented an image without the need for multiple mirrors, it is a wonder.

Would never work in reality but it does in AI (with some luck)...
