Hialbora Eulicae, Sorceress Princess of Dered

There's hope for Dered, what remains of it, in the heir. She shares her father's lineage and power, but not his heart, or lack thereof, according to my sources.

She was born long after the Terror of Belzaor and her sire's terrible drowning of Dered. She has never left the island city, or even the palace, some say, but I do not believe that to be true. She is far too powerful to be so entirely sequestered, even by the likes of her megalomanical father.

I've managed to place an agent close to her, but a coup against Leoni Keln would most likely lead to the end of the island nation, he is far too powerful and thoroughly insane. Means to neutralize his magics are being investigated.
