Galaxy Automation Tsuchigumo-class Siege Mech

The carrier mech took the mech vehicle class to new heights of power and recognition, but some will always prefer the direct assault vehicle. Galaxy Automation gave this to its customers with the Tsuchigumo. Named after a spider from Japanese mythology, the Tsuchigumo can act as both a siege platform and a frontline combat vehicle. Its gargantuan ETC cannon deals equally gargantuan amounts of damage, and can be used in either direct fire or artillery modes.

The Tsuchigumo's sloped hull lets it mount more weapons than most vehicles, as well as giving it a sleek and imposing look. It has 2 30mm point defense autocannon turrets flanking the main cannon, and can mount more weapons on the nose. Its weight and legs are also concentrated in the rear; this helps it stand up against attempts to take out its legs, since enemies in the front have to get through the hull to reach them.
