Very nice! All I can guess in answer to your question is that Microsoft got a better deal on terms and conditions.

It’s so bizarre that I can get up 60 fast renders a day on Bing (and more slow ones) for free, and I get better results even without prompt weights, a vivid/natural setting, or a minimize prompt revision setting.

Microsoft's shot at competing with Google (Bing has been way outperformed for a long time now) - purposefully giving this away to get more users (just my guess). Can't see it lasting too long but I am enjoying it while i can. Who knows I could be way wrong, too.

Bing pretty much nailed it with the same prompt. Why is it so different (and so much better) than DALL-E here? @Locutus_of_Borg
