This is a sequel to one I published a while back. A female fairy cop in blue uniform, assigned to patrol a stretch of the Yellow Brick Road (Land of Oz) as her sector. Since she's a fairy, naturally she "flies a beat" each day, instead of "walking a beat" as a mere mortal police officer might do.
My prompt called for the style of comics artist Todd Nauck. Mainly because my previous image of this character also mentioned him in the prompt.
