Bichon-Shih tzu mixed breed adult dog. Named "Apollo"

I named him Apollo, because he was so large and fierce. (sarcasm at the time, but with his bark it fits) He is an intelligent extrovert. Despite the small size (15lbs), he comes with plenty of energy (even at age 14) but is always ready to jump into my lap and take a nap. The bichon is known for its barking tendency, but the Shih tzu is not a very loud barker, although my son when he was a puppy mimiced a loud deep bark, and Apollo copied it. So he sounds like he's 50lbs. He does a fine job protecting our family and is a great watchdog because he's always attentive. At the slightest movement, he's like a pointer checking it out. Apollo's favorite looking point is our picture window, he watches our low traffic street and the people who walk on it, giving them a friendly warning bark.
