š¤Æ Puzzle solved thanks to @Kalpine. For 5 months I have spent 1 hour a day on tagging players in those chats they are not a member of. So why would they join 20 rooms, but not the other 2? Because tagging works only for members. Unless you suffer from the "invisible group member bug"! You'll get individual messages from now on...
