Continued from Powrie 4: Within the faerie world of Annwn the powrie act as shock troops for faerie armies. If a powrie becomes too vicious for the faerie nobles to control he will often be sent into the mortal world, where he becomes a terrible man eating monster. Other powrie voluntarily enter the mortal world where they live as bandits.
