Excellent LCM image! I still use LCM a lot. Have you tried evolving the images to get higher resolution? It's cheaper than upscaling. What I generally do is set the noise% down to 5 so it doesn't change the image too much and then move the prompt weight down to 15 to 25 depending on what I am trying to do. I often do a creative upscale after that to increase the clarity more with the creativity set down to 25-45%. Sometimes upscaling ruins the image artistically though.
