Ripple of the amber rays
A shining lantern in the west
Silence rises, shadow spies
As the stone is cast.
Azure wings of butterflies
A breath of wind whisks by
The softest flute of nature’s song
Within the unheard sigh.
Sculpture marred unveiled
A curtain torn apart
Unraveling of knitted yarn
Quiet snip at the start.
Gilded sea of warmth
Left shattered in the cold
Barren blight of candlelight
A single teardrop of gold.
