Avasche the City-Maker (ca. 570)

Avasche is rumored to have planned much of early Belkan and Skelthan civilization with Heltus Eemself, laying the foundations of Bannerdye, Teawater, MeetWell, and numerous other cities on the Skelbelkan Continent. Ee had great power, able to control and summon magics alien to artificers and the best practicers of the infant magical arts. The Church had great influence on eem as well as any unseen god in the shadows, establishing trade and community centers in ees wake, often as the dust settled.
