“That’s the last of those infected,” said Sister Helena. She and Fairbairn had spent the morning Zatting the people that had started the fight the night before. Once they had finished that job, a council man had informed in them that another family had been infected. The two women Zatted the family—a man, his wife, and his five children (two of which were teenagers)—and made sure they were safe.
“Aye,” Fairbairn replied. “Let’s check in and head back to base.” Helena nodded and Fairbairn tapped her comms. “Fairbairn to Colonel Larkin. Come in.

“Here, Sir,” Helena replied in her comms.
“Go ahead and change into your uniform when you get back to base,” Larkin said.
