Supervillains: The Green Flame Sorcerer

Hexley Sparktholomew Emeraldis aka the The Bearer of Green Flames was an average spellcaster that through eccentricities of his tiefling heritage, seemed to only be able to conjure green flames. his flames burned colder than most, though that seemed to be because they hungered for another attribute to bond with, which would lead to creating flames with a unique property. before he could figure out how to master this power, he was ruthlessly bullied and excluded from standard magic training and work due to his "weak" flames. tempted by darker fiendish urges that he used to resist, he bound his weak fire to his fiendish origin, creating damnation flames, that marked the souls of those it burned to fall into the underworld upon their death.
