The Phantom Rider of the Wilt

It's somewhat redundant to call anything an ill omen in this cursed place.. but the Phantom Rider bodes only doom.

I've seen it on rare occasion, at a goodly distance, a cloud of foreboding follows in it's wake. From what I have seen, those whom cross it's path will never leave the Wilt. As far as I can tell, it poses no direct threat, appears and disappears in pools of shadow, always mounted, always riding as if hells were on its heels.. and perhaps they are.

Most things here are best avoided, perhaps the Phantom above all. Perhaps some day it will cross my path. All things end.
