In the Fourteen Deserts, the King-Under-the-Black-Star is the final authority on all matters. I won't detail too much about him here, as I want him to remain mysterious for now. Just know that he is possibly immortal and is a supremely wise and just ruler (according to most of his subjects). You can learn more about him in the descriptions of other Fourteen Desert creations, I would rather people learn about him in this way.

This is his throne room in his central castle within the city of Irem, directly under the Black Star. As you can see, he is somewhere else at the moment. Maybe he is asleep, maybe he has business in another part of the city. However, he has not been seen directly by those outside of his court in over 200 years. There are rumors that he may be off fighting some great enemy or that he may even be dead, and that the members of his court actually rule in his absence.

The previous concept art I made of him is no longer canon, and wasn't accurate anyway.
