The air was filled with the rhythmic beats of "synthwave" music emanating from the structure of the buildings themselves.
The neon light welcomed you to the 24 hour entertainment city, where there were no houses or domiciles, just restaurants clubs, and other entertainments that had become famous off world.
High above the working tenements, there were no rules here, just that you were not allowed to sleep and if you did, you would be put unceremoniously on the "Grav Drop" to the street level.
No one wanted that.
