Shanti had walked early morning through the country road from town. She was an old friend of the wife of a gardener in the area. Having recently moved to the town for work her friend told her the house her husband worked probably needed staff. She had asked a bit more and was a little surprised at what she heard about this place called Wulfe Hall … but having been a bit of a rebel at Uni and falling out with her family recently she thought what’s to loose.
