Overlaying, in simple words, is like putting a thin sheet of milky glass on top of your picture. 🌫️ It softens what is beneath, yet adds a new texture and tone of its own. This overlay injects raw, rebellious energy by layering crude hand-drawn elements and distorted colors over photography, merging Gary Panter’s punk edge with Dadaist disruption while keeping the subject visible.
