Arcane Thaumaturgy: Territory Fracture Cannon:

The pinnacle of magical weaponry, this arcane tool requires a focus that includes materials found from a place that had been damaged during a war. This focus taps into and magnifies the anger and suffering from the warfare it came from, turning it into 10th circle level destructive force. This weapon is a double edged sword, conjured into being only for the purpose of destroying things and killing your enemies. It will not activate without the desire to do either or both of those. The power also causes any objects or structures destroyed in any 500 square ft area where the cannon remains for 1 hour or more to require 10 times the physical effort, time, and material costs to replace. Those items also take triple damage from any future attempts to destroy them again for 7 days per each hour the cannon is active there.
