The Doppelganger watched the travelling group from afar, it's yarn-like skin pulsing and warping to the sounds of laughter that echoed through the air as they shared stories of their journey. It had followed them for several days, and craved to be a part of the new tales they would make together.

They would never accept it as it was. Creatures of the city never did. It had only one way to weave itself into their story.

The Doppleganger's skin began to change colour as it's eyes fixated on Roland, the green one. He was the most talkative among the group, craving attention at times with a similar desire for acknowledgement to the Dopplegangers.

He was also tall and slender, a build and shape just like the dopplegangers.

He was perfect.
