Sometimes you just need a bit of an adjustment. Your meds, your routine, the things you expect of yourself and others. Sometimes we ask too much of our selves and sometimes we don't hold ourselves accountable.
With a mental illness, especially when it is acting up, really does affect every single part of your life. Let's get rid of the stigma around medicine. You'd never expect someone with a physical illness to not receive treatment, so why would you for someone suffering from a mental or invisible illness?
