On the far right we see an emthermic reactor, a device used to create and maintain the fields necessary for certain types of experiments. It works by flash-heating a fluid, usually water or oil, until it undergoes fusion. The resulting energy is used to power flogiston generators in the base of the device which can create and control energy fields manipulating cellular components.
