Thanks! I'm a total city girl, but never liked noir all that much - cheesy detective stories churned and recycled until they became parodies of themselves... but I'm really enjoying this subject art-wise

i hate the cheesy detective stories; those are almost as bad as the cheesy romcoms. i think i discovered my aversion to city life back when i was commuting, and it's not the city itself so much as my aversion to crowds.. and traffic.. and asphalt/concrete.. i need open space.  i do miss having a billion different food delivery options though.

One of my Gotham City rejects for "Noir Cityscapes" challenge. I absolutely love this one, but it's too similar to what other people will submit, so I'll leave it here.
