You captured it well! If someone took a black and white photo in winter of the marsh walkway near where I am, it would look similar but with more evergreens. Our wet usually overcast winters look depressing. But come spring and summer, it's totally transformed. I'm sure there are places like that where you are too.

Thanks so much! I'm happy with the outcome ... 😀 ... you could totally find an image like this in late fall or early spring around here, but in the winter the marsh would be frozen over and buried in 2 feet of snow ... 😄
