The cauldron erupted in a shower of shimmering sparks, sending enchanted spoons scattering. This was the third attempt at a simple calming draught; instead, it seemed to be creating chaos. Irena braced herself for the inevitable cleanup – magical messes were her specialty, unfortunately. At least the view was nice.
