Phage

Behavior:

Primary Goal: Drain the life force of hosts and spread their parasitic essence.

Abilities: Phages can move through walls, floors, and ceilings, phasing in and out of the physical realm. They absorb health by latching onto players or NPCs, sapping their energy through touch. When close, they induce vivid hallucinations that make players question what’s real. They can also “pulse,” emitting a psychic shockwave that disorients nearby players, making escape difficult.

Weaknesses: Phages are vulnerable when exposed to specific frequencies, such as chimes or high-pitched sounds, which can trap them temporarily in the physical realm. They can also be weakened by attacks aimed at their core, a faintly visible dark mass within their chest.
