Same here. I've checked my overall rating early during voting and it's close to 4/5 but later in the day it drops down to low 3's and just hangs there and I end up falling out of the top 20%  This happens about 90% of the time in DC's/ Like you say oh well, I'm still trying to get the hang of things. End of the day it's our peers voting... So to each their own I figure
